The challenge for the master craftsmen of Florence Follies was to create something new, original, surprising, not yet present on the barbecue market. A grill, designed in every detail and built with the best materials for exceptional cooking.
The inspiration comes from tradition, an ancient village festival in the heart of Tuscany where every summer a large barbecue was held with the commitment of many people.
From this situation was born the idea of creating something “automatic” and less tiring but which at the same time guaranteed an excellent result for everyone.
After various studies, calculations and cooking tests, during which the different inclination angles of the grills were modified, the master craftsmen of Florence Follies have identified the perfect point to have an always excellent result.
Barbecue is much more than just a way of cooking: it’s an art, an opportunity to be together and enjoy delicious food in the open air.
The main feature is the original and innovative “rotary” technology to obtain top-level cooking, like that of the best chefs.
