After various studies, calculations and cooking tests, during which we modified the different inclination angles of the grids, we have identified the right balance point between the height of the coal and the height of the triangular grids, the “ideal” point for a perfect final cooking result.

The triangular shape has been specially designed to channel and keep away fats and oils and not create flames, leaving the meat soft and juicy. The rotating mechanism of the grill, powered by a specially designed motor, automates the cooking process without the need to turn and supervise the food during cooking.
